Bio: Mark Robert Harford, J.D graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s of arts in political science from St. Louis University and obtained his Juris Doctoris Degree from St. Louis University, School of Law in 1995. Mark is admitted to the practice of law in Missouri and Illinois and before the United States District Court for the 8th Circuit. Mark’s practice focuses upon Family and Domestic litigation, Estate Planning, Probate litigation, Conservatorship/Guardianship for adults, Business and General Civil Litigation and first chair jury/bench trial work before the Circuit Courts of Missouri as well as appellate practice before the Missouri Court of Appeals. Mark is an active member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) and he is Co-Chair of the Missouri High School Mock Trial Program. The Missouri Supreme Court appointed Mark to the Region X Disciplinary Committee, Div. II. Mark and Debbie, his lovely wife of 25 years, are blessed with four children who all reside in St. Louis Missouri.
